Je suis très content de cette constitution dans laquelle je me retrouve. Rien n est parfait l essentiel est de commence et la perfection vient petit à petit. A partir de cet instant je vous prie d’abandonner le français complètement si nous voulons être nous même. Dites vous qu’on ne sera jamais prêt en matière de langue mieux vaut qu y aille maintenant. Le français c’est du temps perdu pour les enfants et pour nous même

Il est donc important que nous prenons le temps de nous préparer c’est-à-dire d’instrumenter toutes nos langues nationales et alphabétiser suffisamment la population.
